Customer objective
The customer required a high-performance roller conveyor for the movement and handling of industrial materials and components within a high-load production environment.
The system needed to be modular, capable of withstanding significant mechanical stress, and designed to ensure precise, reliable movement over long operating cycles.

Bergomi S.p.A. manufactured all mechanical components of the system and was also responsible for the production and installation of all on-board devices.
Due to the project’s complexity, the entire structure was pre-assembled before testing, allowing precise verification of alignment, motion systems, and load-bearing performance under real conditions.
